If a mechanical temperature sensor is used, its contact resistance should be [0] in order to protect the circuit from failure. The minimum operating temperature for this electronic component must be at least [0]. There is, however, a maximum operating temperature of [0] for mechanical temperature sensors. It is possible for a mechanical temperature sensor to carry a 10A current for an indefnite period of time. An AC circuit should not carry more voltage than [0] from mechanical temperature sensors.
