AUIRS4426STR Overview
Its SOIC package is adopted for higher flexibility.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.The mount method is Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as FULL BRIDGE BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 3.3A.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.During operation, the supply voltage of 20V is its maximum value.6V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.A current of 2.3A is output by the device.
