BTS500151TAAATMA1 Description
A 1.5 m single channel Smart High-Side Power Switch with diagnostic and protective features, the BTS50015-1TAA is housed in a PG-TO-263-7-8 container. Reversave from Infineon is present. A charge pump-equipped N-channel power MOSFET is used to construct the power transistor. For applications like switching battery couplings, power distribution switches, heaters, and glow plugs in the severe automotive environment, it is specifically made to drive high current loads up to 80A.
