CHL8214-06CRT Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 5. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With PWM dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 3.3V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~85°C. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz~1.2MHz. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable.
