CHL8228G-05CRT Overview

CHL8228G-05CRT voltage regulator has advantages from low-noise, low-dropout, and a miniaturized design. The low dropout voltage as well as low quiescent current permit operation at very minimal power consumption. Infineon Technologies CHL8228G-05CRT is perfect to power noise-sensitive components, for instance, video, medical, or test and measurement application.

A total of 2outputs are supported by this device. In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged in 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad. Currently, the product is available for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. It is intended to be used in applications such as Controller, GPU Core Power and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to 0°C~85°C TA to prevent malfunctions. The regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 3.3V.
