CHL8325A-16CRT Overview
Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 5. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. A total of PWM dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 3.3V. Suitable for work in a -20°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz~1.2MHz. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Power Good.
