ICE2QS03G Description
A quasi-resonant PWM controller designed for off-line switch power supply is called ICE2QS03G. A quasi-resonant functioning is possible down to very low loads thanks to the digital frequency reduction with decreasing load. In contrast to other traditional systems, the overall system efficiency is thereby markedly increased. Ultra-low power consumption in standby mode is made possible by the active burst mode's modest, regulated output voltage ripple. The product, which is based on BiCMOS technology, has a broad operating range of IC power supply (up to 25V) and uses less power. The many protection features provide complete protection of the power supply system in case of failure. All of these factors combine to make the ICE2QS03G an exceptional quasiresonant flyback converter controller.
