IGCM04G60HAXKMA1 Description


To improve reliability, reduce PCB footprint and system costs, and integrate multiple power and control components, use the CIPOSTM module family. It is made to manage permanent magnet motors and three phase AC motors in variable speed drives for appliances like refrigerators and dishwashing machines. Power applications, which require strong thermal conduction, electrical isolation, EMI-save management, and overload protection, are well suited to the package design. For superior electrical performance, the reverse conducting IGBTs are paired with an improved SOI gate driver.
