Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 218-BFBGA Power Module package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket.
