Its 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package provides greater flexibility.Tube is the packaging method.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.It's mounted on the way to Through Hole.Using a 10V~20V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Initially, the configuration is composed of 14 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number IR21094.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 600V.Mosfet gate drivers is also possible to provide FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT using unique technologies.
