For greater flexibility, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.Tube is the form of the package.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In the direction of Through Hole, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET gate.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Inverting is used.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR2118.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.
