IR2152S Overview

For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of RC Input Circuit.Under its base part number IR2152S, various related parts can be found.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 600V.
