IR2235S Overview

There is greater flexibility with the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.This configuration includes 6 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Mosfet driver consists of 28 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR2235S.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 1200V.FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT can also be provided based on unique technology.
