IR3564AMFC02TRP Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is sufficient to generate 5 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. PWM dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 3.3V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 200kHz~2MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Power Good which allows efficient switching control.
