IR3565AMAS02TRP Overview

It comes in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. 6 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. With PWM dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. DC control operates at 3.3V volts and has 3.3V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz~2MHz. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator.
