The IR3564A/70A is a dual-loop digital multi-phase buck controller that complies fully with the AMD? SVI1 & SVI2 and Intel? VR12 requirements. It is designed for CPU voltage regulation.
In order to provide high efficiency at the lowest possible cost across the whole load range, the IR3564A/70A incorporates IR's Efficiency Shaping Technology. Dynamic Phase Control from IR can be set to automatically or manually enter 1-phase operation and diode emulation mode. It adds or drops active phases based on load current.
