IR6226 Overview
Tube is the way it's packaged.The TO-220-5 package includes it.In this case, the LED driving board is mounted as Through Hole.A General Purpose switch type is owned by it.To ensure reliable performance, the temperature should be set to -40°C~150°C TJ.There is a default setting of 1 for output.A supply voltage of Not Required is required for it to operate.It produces a maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts at its maximum output.Currently, the LED driving board is equipped with Status Flag features.The IR6226 family consists of this type.A total of 5 terminations have been found in it.This results in the maximum output current dropping to 20A to meet the operation criteria.The supply voltage of 14V is conducive to high efficiency.As a result, it is mounted in the manner of Through Hole.Currently, the LED driving board has a resistance of 80mOhm ohms.The LED driver is self-contained in an econtainer with Peripheral Drivers capacity.
