Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 10V~20V.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.
