In this package, Tray is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 31-PowerVQFN package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 13.5V~16.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge works normally at 150°C TJ's operating temperature.AC Motors is pretty useful in a variety of applications.On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.Among full bridges specific characteristics is Bootstrap Circuit.Signal interfaces use 32 pins as pronged contacts.A H-bridge belonging to the µIPM™ series, it is an electronic H-bridge.Currently, 10A current flows through the output and power supply pins.To provide high efficiency, the supply voltage is maintained at 16.5V.A voltage of 500V is released by the Hbridge.
