IRU1075CT developed by Infineon Technologies is a type of low dropout positive adjustable regulator with a minimum of 7.5A output current capability. It is able to provide a fast transient response, 1V dropout at full load current, and 1% voltage reference initial accuracy. The IRU1075CT adjustable regulator is well suited to provide a well-regulated supply for low-voltage IC applications, including Pentium? P54C?, P55C? as well as GTL+ termination for Pentium Pro? and Klamath? processor applications.
