IRU3027CW Description


IRU3027CW is a type of 5-bit programmable synchronous buck controller IC with a triple LDO controller. It is optimized to meet VRM 9.0 specifications for next-generation microprocessor applications requiring multiple onboard regulators. It uses the RDS(ON) of the high-side power MOSFET as the sensing resistor to provide loss-less current sensing for both switchers. Short circuit conditions can be detected for the linear outputs and the system can be latched off based on an output under-voltage shutdown.
