OM3901SCB Description
OM3901SCB is a type of dual positive and negative fixed voltage regulator approved to DESC drawing. It is available in one hermetically sealed, 5-pin package whose outline is similar to the industry standard TO-247 package. It is able to provide a suite of protection functions when operating, including built-in thermal overload protection, short circuit current limiting, and more. The OM3901SCB voltage regulator provides optimum performance for Military applications requiring small size and high reliability.
