OM7620STP Description
This three terminal positive regulator is provided in a hermetically sealed metal package with a shape like that of the TO-220 plastic package used as the industry standard. The circuit is built with all safety measures, such as safe-area control, current limiting, and thermal shutdown. These gadgets may produce an output current of up to 1.5 amps with heat sinking. Additionally, the device has fixed output voltages that range from 1.2 volts to 57 volts when external resistors are used.
