TLE4251DXT Description
TLE4251DXT is a type of monolithic integrated low drop voltage tracker developed by Infineon Technologies. It is available in the very small SMD package PG-TO252-5-1 to meet the demanding board space requirements. It is equipped with additional protection functions against overload, short circuit and reverse polarity, making it well suited for supplying e.g. sensors under the severe conditions of automotive applications. The current consumption can be dropped to very low values because the TLE4251DXT can be switched in stand-by mode via the enable EN input. Therefore, it can also be used for low power battery applications.
