TLE42662GSV33HTMA1 Description
A monolithic integrated low-drop fixed voltage regulator that can supply loads up to 150 mA is the OPTIREGTM Linear TLE4266-2G. By using the INH pin, you can turn it on and off. It is functionally equivalent to the TLE4266, but has a quiescent current that is lowered to 1 A in the off mode and 40 A in the on mode. All applications requiring very low quiescent current in ON and OFF mode are catered to specifically by the TLE4266-2G. Small surface-mounted PG-SOT223-4 packages of the device are available. It is TLE4266G pin compatible. It has added protection against overload, short circuit, and overtemperature because it is made to power microprocessor systems in the demanding conditions of automotive applications.
