TLE42702XK Description
This item is a fixed-voltage 5-V low drop voltage regulator. 42 V (65 V, 400 ms) is the highest possible input voltage. It controls the output voltage with an accuracy of 2% for input voltages up to 26 V and output currents up to 650 mA. More than 650 mA of output current cannot exceed the short circuit protection's limit. The device has built-in temperature and overvoltage protections that shut it off at high temperatures.
