TLE42744D V50 Description
For load currents up to 400 mA, the TLE42744 is a monolithic integrated low dropout voltage regulator. With a precision of 2%, a voltage input of up to 40 V is regulated to VQ,nom = 5 V / 3.3 V. The gadget is made to withstand the rigorous conditions of automotive usage. As a result, the incorporated output current limiting and the overtemperature shutdown circuit protect it from overload, short circuit, and overtemperature conditions. All other applications requiring a stabilized 5 V/3.3 V voltage can likewise use the TLE42744.
