TLE4276DVXT Description
TLE4276DVXT is a type of monolithic integrated low dropout voltage regulator specifically designed for the harsh environment of automotive applications. Based on the output current limitation and the overtemperature shutdown circuit, it is protected against overload, short circuit and overtemperature conditions. It can also be used in all other applications where a stabilized voltage between 2.5 V and 20 V is required. With its very low quiescent current, the TLE4276DVXT voltage regulator is ideally suitable for applications permanently connected to VBAT.
