TLE4284DVNT Description
The monolithic integrated NPN type voltage regulator TLE4284DV is capable of supplying loads up to 1.0 A. The package for the chip is surface mounted and is called PG-TO252-3-11 (DPAK). It has added protection against overload, short circuit, and over temperature because it is built to power microprocessor systems or other loads in the harsh circumstances of automotive applications.
