With the enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this driver IC is excellent for driving common LEDs.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this receiver.Being a Transceiver can transceiver, this part has empowered many solutions to serve for a variety of applications.This wide receiver can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This differential driver uses 4.5V~5.5V for power supply.There can be up to 1/1 eligible receivers/drivers on the field at the same time with this electronic part.As its name implies, this ic receiver is designed for applications where -40°C~160°C is the operating temperature.Since the base part number TLE6250 uniquely identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc., you can use it to find more variations.8-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.Package size is drastically reduced by downsizing ICs and mounting them in high-density Surface Mount arrays.An input voltage supply of 5.5V is required to operate the transceiver module.In total, there are 1 transceivers implemented by this module isolated transceiver.150°C is the minimum operating transceiver module's temperature.This optical transceiver must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.The transceiver's maximum supply voltage of this IC is rated at 6.5V.A can transceiver that has a current input of 45mA or greater may be affected by malfunctions.In order to use this line driver ic, it is necessary to have a voltage supply of at least -300mV.As part of the PG-DSO-8 supplier package, this line driver ic is integrated into the system.
