This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 14 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. 360kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Regulator 5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 5V. As a result of the 3A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design.
