TLE7368EXUMA2 is a type of multifunctional power supply circuit developed by Infineon Technologies based on Infineon’s Power technology SPT?. Based on this technology, bipolar, CMOS, and power DMOS circuitry can be integrated into the same monolithic chip/circuitry. It is specifically optimized for Automotive powertrain systems which use a standard 12 V battery. It can be used to supply and monitor next-generation 32-bit microcontroller families (13 μm lithography) requiring voltage levels such as 5 V, 3.3 V, or 1.5/1.2/1.3 V.
