As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 14-LSSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~150°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 2.25MHz.
