BSP742T FET Description
As an N-channel vertical power FET with charge pump, ground-referenced CMOS compatible input, monolithically integrated into Smart SIPMOS technology, the BSP742T is a high-side power switch with integrated vertical power FET, providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions. It has a very low standby current. It also features current limitations, ESD protection, and thermal shutdown with a restart.
