501MLF Overview


Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 8 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. 160MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Clock PLL is equipped with 8 pin count. Clock generator is designed with 8 pins. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. The operating temperature should be lower than 70°C. The supply voltage should be maintained at 5V for high efficiency. ALSO OPERATES AT 5V SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators. Clock PLL is configured with 1 output. Clock generator operates with the maximal supply voltage of 5.25V. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 3V. The supply current of 20mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function.
