A RAM, SDR, SRAM-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. There is a PLCC case embedded in it. The chip has an 32kB memory. The ic memory chip comes in a package with 68 pins that allows it to be connected to a computer. According to the datasheet, this memory chip operates at an operating voltage of 5V. In this chip, the Surface Mount mounting method is used, a straightforward, high-efficiency mounting method. It is rated 275mA for its nominal supply current when it comes to the memory component. An address can be read and/or written to one memory address using 2 ports on the chip. A minimum operating temperature of 0°C must be met by this device. Ideally, this memory ics should be operated at a temperature of no more than 70°C°C. If this part is to be used, the minimum supply voltage should not be less than 4.5V volts. A maximum voltage of 5.5V shall be allowed for its operating voltage.
