This clock generator is embedded in the BGA package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. LVDS is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 644.53MHz Max. This clock-generating IC is a 80-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. There is an available 80 pin on the PLL. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. Even at 85°C, this frequency synthesizer is possible to last with attenuated performance. Electronic frequency generator can handle voltages up to 3.3V. Clock PLL is facilitated with 3 signal outputs to magnify output frequency as high as possible. This electronic frequency generator is mainly used to make up PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits. A supply current of 880mA needs to be provided to fully play RF synthesizer's function.
