It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the TQFP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 200MHz. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. In this IC, a 44-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Drivers clock PLL. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.5 ns. A analog clock generator with 8 true output enable pins is configured for this application. Logic circuits containing this analog clock generator are commonly used in PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic.
