AUIRS2302STR Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOIC package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER that is employed in this device.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.There is a maximum value of 150°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 1.6mA.For operation, the supply voltage of 20V is the maximum value.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.In this case, the current output is 200mA.
