ISL6208ACRZ-T Overview

There is greater flexibility with the VQFN package.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 5V V.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 4A can be achieved at maximum power.The component has 8 pins.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 100°C.-10°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.Due to its power supply of 5V, it provides an effective solution to power supply problems for a wide range of applications.During operation, the supply voltage of 5.5V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 4.5V must be maintained.As a result, the current it emits is 4A.With a voltage of 100μA, it operates with a constant current.
