ISL6545CBZ-TS2694 Overview

In the SOIC package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There are 8 pins on switching converter. A frequency of 300kHz is set for the switching controller. You should keep dc regulator at 0°C degrees or higher. There should be 70°C temperature above 70°C degrees Celsius when dc regulator runs. Switching can take place at a maximum frequency of 330kHz. It is possible to set the input voltage as 14.4V for nominal working statuses. This is an ideal solution for switching controllers with 25A inputs. During normaloperations, it outputs a value of 5V. Voltage rating is 5.5V.
