ISL8117FRZ-T7A Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a QFN package. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). There is a switch at 2MHz that can be used with this controller. There are only 16 pins on switching converter. Switching controllers operate at 2MHz frequencies. A temperature of -40°C or higher is recommended. A temperature of 125°C degrees Celsius is recommended. In normal operation, it outputs 54V. Switches with 1 phases are used in this controller. As far as maximum supply voltage is concerned, switching voltage regulators is rated as 60V.
