ISL81387IAZ Overview
This LED driver IC features an enhanced SSOP package for driving common LEDs.The receiver is packaged in a Bulk package.With a supply voltage range of 5V, this line driver ic operates efficiently.20 terminations are integrated into this wide receiver for driving and receiving signals from data.A 20-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.An input voltage supply of 5V is required to operate the transceiver module.Line Driver or Receivers is a subcategory of this rf transceiver module.The driver IC in this product is designed so that it can be powered by 5V.In module isolated transceiver are 1 receivers.The integrator circuit is embedded with 2 drivers.There must be a transceiver module's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this optical transceiver.Using the input voltage of 3.7mA, this integrating circuit is capable of driving LEDs with an output voltage of 12 volts.This IC has a transceiver's maximum supply voltage of 5.5V.This line driver ic requires a minimum supply voltage of 4.5V to function properly.For devoptical transceiver modulees requiring 2.7V, this optical transceiver module is suitable.There is a typical output current of 10μA for this wide receiver.
