ISL81487IBZ Overview
LED drivers with the enhanced SOIC package will be able to drive a variety of common LEDs with ease.Driver ICs with a supply voltage range of 5V can operate efficiently.Integrated into this wide receiver are 8 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.A package consisting of 8 market standard pinouts is provided with this integrated circuit.It is a 8-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation controls.Optical transceiver package size is greatly reduced due to downsizing of the ICs and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies.There is a capability of 1-bit resolution with this ic receiver.There is a voltage supply of 5V required in order for this transceiver module to be operated.It is possible to subcategoriLine Driver or Receiverse this rf transceiver module as Line Driver or Receivers.IC5V is a high performance driver IC designed to work with a 5V power supply.The box contains 1 receivers.A transceiver module's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This optical transceiver must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.It is recommended that enough current be supplied to the VCC pin of the ic receiver, but not more than 0.5mA.It is specified that the transceiver's maximum supply voltage for this IC shall be 5.5V.
