ISL83491IBZ-T7A Product Details

ISL83491IBZ-T7A Overview

LED drivers with the enhanced SOIC package will be able to drive a variety of common LEDs with ease.It is a 14-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation controls.Optical transceiver package size is greatly reduced due to downsizing of the ICs and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies. There is a voltage supply of 3.6V required in order for this transceiver module to be operated. The box contains 1 receivers.A transceiver module's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation. This optical transceiver must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature. It is specified that the transceiver's maximum supply voltage for this IC shall be 3.6V.
