ISL9014AIRCJZ-T Overview

A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the Voltage Regulated IC. A DFN case is used for packaging. As you can see, the IC chip has 10 terminations. Regulator IC chip's output type is Fixed. As far as its current output is concerned, it stands at 300mA. There are 10 pins in total in this voltage regulator IC. It has 2 outputs to ensure that the performance of this regulator is prompt and sufficient. The dropout voltage of the regulator IC is 10 volts. 10 pins are on the chip. There is a way of packing the regulator that is called TAPE AND REEL. It operates in the 45μA Quiescent Current state. The temperature should be below 85°C when you use the IC voltage regulator.
