Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output 4N27X are optically coupled isolators with a 5.3kV transformer and 6-pin DIP package. The 4N27X isolators offer high common and differential mode transient immunity for noise immunity, plus built-in EMI and surge protection for signal and data paths. The unit also features high-efficiency LED’s for increased light output and dramatically decrease propagation delays. It also has a common-collector output which reduces power dissipation and delivers high-speed switching up to 200V/μs. The compact size enables stable operation in a variety of mountings and these isolators are ideal for providing high-level isolation in a variety of industrial, medical, telecommunication, and industrial applications.
