Isocom Components 2004 LTD's 6N137SMT/R is a series 1 channel 7 V 5000 Vrms phototransistor optocoupler, designed to provide electrical isolation between input and output circuits in a variety of applications. This optocoupler features an open-collector output, with a minimum nominal current of 16 mA and a maximum output voltage of 30 V. The operating temperature range is -40 to +85 °C. This device is housed in an SMT DIP-8 package. This optocoupler offers fast pulse width distortion and excellent common-mode transient immunity. The input and output insulation voltage can reach as high as 5000 Vrms. It is useful in a wide range of electrical and electronic applications, from motor control to appliance control and telecom applications.
