The Isocom CNY17-2X Transistor Output Optocoupler is a compact, high-performance optoisolator ideal for a wide range of industrial, telecom, and medical applications. It offers excellent electrical isolation, providing up to 5,300 VAC of reinforced galvanic isolation to help protect the circuits connected to the device. This 1-channel optoisolator delivers up to 63% efficiency, has a current transfer ratio of 60mA and is supplied in a 6-pin DIP package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. It also features an isolated TTL output that offers fast rise/fall time and good noise immunity. The Isocom CNY17-2X optoisolator provides reliable performance, with an exceptional long lifetime, making it an ideal choice for high-reliability applications.
