H11A1X Product Details
The Isocom Components 2004 LTD H11A1X Optoisolator - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output is a five-pin, six-dip package optoisolator with a 5.3 kV transistor with base input and output. This device provides high electrical insulation while maintaining a low saturation voltage. It offers low radiation, high stability, and low leakage current, making it ideal for use in various industrial and automotive applications such as motor control, measurement and control, audio, communications, and power systems. The high dielectric strength and fast switching speeds make it suitable for high-temperature and high-voltage applications. Its excellent photo sensitivity and low dark-current production make it well suited for noise suppression and restraining applications, as well as applications that involve temperature control or chemical compatibility. The H11A1X Optoisolator is designed for operation within a wide temperature range (-50°C to +80°C) and offers good mechanical shock and vibration resistance.
